Other Clubs' Infomation

Barcelona vs Real Madrid Las Vegas, also known as The most crucial match in Spanish soccer is El Clasico. The two rivals have faced off 283 times thus far, and their next game is scheduled for Sunday, October 16. The Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, where Los Blancos lost just one La Liga game in 2022, will host this weekend's El Clasico.

Barcelona vs Real Madrid Las Vegas - Big chance for fans

The atmosphere outside Allegiant Stadium for the El Clasico on Saturday night in Real Madrid v Barca head to head, two of the most illustrious clubs on the earth, was comparable to any major sporting event in the nation. It exuded the joyful enthusiasm of a March Madness crowd streaming into an NCAA tournament. Inside, it sounded like one of college football's fiercest rivalries. For the supporters who never get to see their clubs in person, it had the tension of a Game 7.

But it made no difference. It was only the second Clasico to be played in America and was a "friendly" part of both clubs' U.S. tour. Ancelotti made quick to point out that the mood was unmistakably different from a Clasico in Spain when around 62,000 spectators flocked to Allegiant Stadium to watch their clubs square off against one another in one of the most famous soccer matchups.

A few hours before the Real Madrid vs Barca match begins

Crowds of Barcelona and Real Madrid supporters crossed the Hacienda Avenue bridge in the hours before the Real Madrid vs Barca Las Vegas game, making their way from the Strip over I-15 to the stadium. The fans essentially marched, separated by their allegiances, competing with their yells, cheers, and songs to announce their existence and arrival to, well, everyone. Another crowd of people demanding for their attention while walking down Dean Martin Drive beside automobiles moving slowly, past food sellers, and more street hawkers hawking jerseys and shirts.

Everyone arrived early, and few people missed the chance to see their clubs warm up. A half-hour prior to kickoff, the stadium was nearly full, with flags and banners flying and cheers reverberating throughout the two-year-old structure.

The field was unoccupied prior to kickoff as both teams completed their final preparations in their respective locker rooms. At that point, the noise level increased and stayed there until both teams came out. It became lung-to-lung combat from that point on. With chants and cheers, each fan base attempted to out-yell the other. Every time a shot was made, spectators slid to the edge of their seats and cheered as though it were the winning shot.

A preview of the game

In Spanish soccer, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the two main rivals. For both sides, winning El Clásico is crucial, but this weekend's match is much more crucial. The problem is that with 22 points apiece thus far, these two teams are now holding the top two spots in La Liga.

Barcelona is now in first place despite having a record that is identical to Real Madrid's. This is because Barca has a higher score differential. The team led by Xavi has so far scored 20 goals while giving up just one. The team coached by Carlo Ancelotti has scored 19 goals while giving up seven.

Another crucial factor to keep in mind is that, according to La Liga's tiebreaker rules, if two teams finish with an equal number of points, the one with a better head-to-head record will be granted the advantage (score differential comes second). This indicates that Sunday's game could be significant later in the season.

Given everything, it only makes sense to anticipate that both clubs will give El Clasico their all.

Can Karim Benzema make the goal?

The Pichichi Trophy winner for La Liga's top scorer in 2021–22 has only registered three league goals this year. Karim Benzema hasn't performed better because he missed three weeks of action in September owing to an injury.

The No. 9 of Real Madrid made his comeback in early October, but after playing 90 minutes in three games, he has yet to score this month. Is it appropriate for him to reappear on the scoreboard?

How about Robert Lewandowski?

Robert Lewandowski now holds the top-scoring position in the Spanish league with nine goals. The prolific Polish goal scorer has at least one goal in each of his first eight La Liga games.

We predict that he will score (at least) one goal in El Clasico, and not just because he is a fantastic striker. Thibaut Courtois, the preferred goalkeeper for Real Madrid, is still questionable for Sunday's match. Andriy Lunin, who has just twice maintained a clean sheet while a member of Real Madrid, will start between the posts if he is unable to make the lineup. Even if Courtois does return, he most likely won't be at his best.

In Allegiant Stadium, Saturday night was a party for the spectators. It was an opportunity for them to watch the Barcelona vs Real Madrid Las Vegas game, interact with their favorite players, and visit the teams they are passionate about. They didn't treat it like an exhibition; for the 60,000+ spectators, it was the most significant Clasico possible.
